By accessing or using Opactor's services, including Claudable, Clink, and Deepcon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Our services are provided to help you build and deploy autonomous software. You agree to:
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Opactor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the code and applications you create using our services. We claim no ownership over your work.
Open Source
Claudable and certain other components of our services are released under open source licenses. These components are governed by their respective license terms, which may differ from these Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The services are free of viruses or other harmful components
- Results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opactor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
